Day 1


7.00: 6 egg whites + one half cup of cereal;

19.00: roast beef + sweet potato + green beans

22.00: cheese + grape

Day 5


7.00: omelet of egg whites + oats
10.00: a cereal bar
13.00: a turkey burger + lettuce + tomato salad

You can replace the food used with similar food to vary the diet. You can replace yogurt with a bit of ice cream, you can juggle the fruit or you can choose beef instead of chicken. You will not lose 50 pounds in 30 minutes:) but you'll have a balanced diet with significant effects over time.
