1. Breakfast


You are the kind of person who do not have in the diet, nor in the vocabulary the word "breakfast"? Very bad! It is extremely important meal that can provide energy for the whole day (if contain healthy foods). In addition, it is demonstrated that people who eat breakfast maintain their weight more easily.
And how harmful is coffee on an empty stomach? What to do? Start the day with a cereal bowl full of milk, fruits, vegetables, eggs or dairy products (yogurt, sana).

2. Liquids

In first place is water, second place is occupied by coffee or tea without sugar, third place is occupied by milk, on four - sugar-free juices, and on five are alcoholic beverages (maxim 1 per / day for women and 2 for men).

3. 5 / a day

4. Salt


salt Think that guy on TV who always advises you to reduce consumption of sugar, salt and fat beats his mouth in vain? We tell you to think again! Excessive consumption of salt can cause high blood pressure and can help to develop various heart diseases.
How much salt you should eat? Specialists advise you not to exceed the limit of 6 grams per day ( about one tablespoon).

5. Evening snacks


popcorn A preferred chips along with a bag of popcorn with the last hit of box office or a large box of ice cream at your favorite movie ... However you want to say, evening snacks are not good! 1 - because you eat them even if your not hungry and 2 - because you should not eat after 19:00 o'clock, especially foods with empty calories.

What to do? Lock the door from the kitchen, put a lock on the fridge ... just kidding! Replace your junk food with healthy snacks: fruit or vegetable.
