Flat Belly Diet
You read right! Nutritionists have made (finally) a diet to help get rid of belly. In short, this was a Mediterranean type diet with 1,600 calories per day, which lets you eat almost anything. Diet promises you a loss of 6 kilograms in 32 days, but, more importantly, you get rid of belly, you will have a more positive attitude and you will be full of energy.
The study was published by Liz Vaccariello, chief editor of Prevention magazine and Cynthia Sass, nutritionist and editor for the same magazine, and attracted a couple millions of Americans willing to give up an enormous belly.1600 calories
How I said in intro, food is based on a system of tables that will not exceed 1600 calories a day. Instead it allows you to eat fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, seeds and red meat (once a month).
Monounsaturated fat
The authors said the secret of diet is adding monounsaturated fats in every meal. These substances are found in olives, avocados, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, soy and sunflower oil and olive.
4 days diet
Before beginning the diet for 28 days will have to follow a program of four meals a days in which you eat between 1200 and 1400 calories and you drink at least 2 liters of water. In the two liters of water you have to add spices, lemon and cucumber, which according to specialists, have an effect on the sensation of hunger, but there are also a good remedy for flatulence and constipation.
Exercises are welcome but not mandatory. Besides the water you will be limited to light food.
Sample menu:
* Breakfast: rice crackers, 1 cup of skim milk, pineapple and sunflower seeds
* Lunch: 200 gr. tone, a few carrots, 1 piece of cheese
* Dinner: 200 gr. chicken, 100 gr. mushrooms with a little olive oil, 100 gr. rice
* Snack: rice crackers
4 meals / day
In the 28 days you must eat regularly, have 4 meals a day every meal 400 calories. Diet do not expressly prohibits items, so your only concern will be to fit into the limits imposed.
Sample menu:
* Breakfast: a bowl of oat flakes and shaved apples
* Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich with bread, lettuce and tomato
* Dinner: salmon with green beans
* Snack: humus and pine nuts
