10 ways to burn more calories
Every day, same routine! Busy schedule does not allow you to slip an extra hour of aerobics. But I have available for you 10 ways to burn more calories during the same daily activities:
1. Walk as much! Park the car slightly away from the office, mall or coffee shop and walk to the target. Try to walk at least 30 minutes a day. At work benefit from a short lunch break for walking. If it's cold and gloomy outside, you can combine walking with activity that you will surely enjoy it: Go to your favorite stores.
2. In the office try to leave your seat as often as possible. Visit your colleagues from other departments instead of talking with on messenger or telephone.

5. At dinner, choose a steak instead of pasta. The more you chew, more you burn more calories!
6. For as many times during the day, drink natural coffee or green tea to activate your metabolism.
7. Try to eat less and more often. This diet has a positive effect on the body.
8. If you choose spicy food, will "burn" more calories than normal food if you choose it.
9. Try to learn to stretch your legs, move them or play with a ball while standing on a chair. You will no believe, but such simple movements can burn up to 500 calories a day!
10. In winter keep the heat low in the bedroom and wrap up with a thin blanket. Summer cooler your room with air conditioning. A cold environment will force the body to produce more heat and thus burn more calories.
