* Egg white (rich in amino acids).
An important role in this diet are food supplements - vitamin complex that you can get from the pharmacy. It is recommended to be taken in the morning or at lunch.
For a healthy appetite and a harmonious development of the muscles, 3 sessions of fitness / aerobics per week are required. The exercises are very indicated. Following the procedure above and making constant exercise is expected to gain about 5 kilograms in a month and a half.
