Blacklisted FoodsWe want to live healthy, we try to eat plenty of fresh food, as little processed. But what are the most dangerous foods? We made you a black list of 7 foods that should they put permanently from your diet!

1. Chips

They are very salty, full of oil and "rich" in synthetic fragrances. Who? Potatoes chips, whatever, I do not know if I can say potato. In any case, they do not provide any nutritional benefit, only extra pounds.

2. Cereals

No, I do not mean the much praised whole grains. I mean those multicolored grain, full of colors, sugar and artificial substances. If your bowl of milk turns green, purple or red ... trash those cereals because they are full of chemicals!

3. Donuts

Donuts haveĀ  a lot of refined white flour, sugar and oil ... I do not think I needs to add something to justify this point of our list, right?

4. Margarine

Nutrition experts warns that margarine is more dangerous than natural animal fat, pork lard, butter. I don't even know what really margarine is ... Some argue that is actually plastic ... However, margarine can cause long-term cardiovascular disease so it is best to avoid these synthetical foods.

5. "Junk-chicken"

How? You don't know the "junk-chicken"? Also called "crispy strip" or "nugget" and you find at fast food restaurants. Unfortunately these foods are bad for you. They are fried in an oil bath (which who knows how long they change it), you don't know how "fresh" is the chicken(or what substance was used to grown it in to 2 days), not to mention the hydrogenated oils that they contain.

6. Carbonated Juices

Forget fizzy juice! Look simply. I'll give you three reasons: a juice bottle contains 9 tablespoons of sugar, and a lot of chemicals.
