What you should know about caffeine

CaffeineEveryone loves to drink every day many cups of coffee or tea, but apparently  seems they do not like us as much. If you drink more than one cup a day, we risk to be nervous, anxious, we have a headache or we are dehydrated, and sometimes a high consumption of caffeine makes us to be moody and crack.

Any nutritionist doctors will alert us about caffeine consumption and not only that it prevents the absorption of minerals by the body, such as iron, but also because thus accelerates the rate at which calcium is lost by the joints and skeletal system .

And because we do not want to take only the bad parts of caffeine, we remember the benefits it brings to our body. Indeed, coffee and tea they also have their role. Perhaps most importantly, content of caffeine are antioxidants that protect us from heart disease, delay aging signs and helps us to quickly restore from flu or infections.

Even decaffeinated products are rich in antioxidant content, but try to buy those products that have been decaffeinated by the water method (if the label gives no indication in this regard, perhaps the product has been exposed to unhealthy chemical). While some people say that a cup of morning coffee or tea drinking helps them begin their day with a good thing and even dispose constipation problems, others say it aggravates the irritation of the digestive system. Some studies have even suggested that the content of caffeine in coffee or tea can suppress symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.

A cup of espresso coffee is a good compromise for everyone. That's because it does not contain so much caffeine as coffee from filters or pot. And still stimulates us and improves our concentration power. Espresso coffee is a low-caffeine as steam passes so quickly through the coffee powder, that caffeine does not have time to store in the cup. Instant coffee (which is made of dried coffee infusions that were solidified) also contains much less caffeine than the usual coffee, but that it has its bad side, because of its lower taste.
