Digestive DisordersThe Following are the list of Stomach Disorders and their cures. The problems emitting in stomach start with badly digested food , undigested food and oily foods.

Solutions to prevent gas:
# Drink liquids 20-25 minutes before meals or one hour after eating. Do not drink liquids once with meals;
# Dine early. Eating late night stomach fluids depleted when you have the lowest energy. You will get indigestion and will not absorb nutrients properly;
# Eat when you are relaxed to ensure complete digestion;
# Drink one tablespoon of aloe vera juice and a teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll before the most important meal to stimulate digestion;
# Take a digestive enzyme supplement every meal;
# Use of herbal spices (such as dill, fennel, thyme and mint) to reduce intestinal gas;
# Eat slowly and chew well;
# Eat small portions;
# Miso soup, whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruits are good to combat flatulence;
# Drink tea of mint and anise;

Constipation
Intestine should be emptied about twice a day regularly and effortlessly. If you suffer from constipation, follow the next diet :
# Eat uncooked sauerkraut;
# Bring in an extra beneficial bacteria to body  , such as acidophilus;
# Eat flax and pumpkin seeds (2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds with a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds). Put them in a salad and chew them well.
# Take Aloe Vera (1 tablespoon, twice daily), vitamin B complex (25-50 mg twice daily) and magnesium (400 mg three times daily).
It is also important to reduce consumption of dairy products, meat, saturated fat, spicy or spicy foods, sugar, sweets, tea and coffee. And increase consumption of: fresh fruits, green vegetables, sprouted grains, whole grains.

Plants indicated in constipation:
# Cascara Sagrada, for short-term  improvement;

Irritable bowel syndrome
Symptoms of the syndrome is extremely unpleasant and varied, often consisting of a combination of abdominal pain, bloating, cramps, constipation and diarrhea. To avoid these inconveniences would be better to:
# Remove wheat, cheese, dairy, eggs, corn, processed foods, sugars, sweeteners, margarine, red meat, coffee and alcohol;
# Chew well. Indicated that at least once a day to drink vegetable juices;
# Arrange a diet rich in fiber from whole grains, vegetables and sprouted grains;
# Do not exagerate with broccoli, cauliflower, onions and cabbage, which could exacerbate the condition;
# Take two tablespoons of oil a day;
# Put 30 drops of gentian root in a glass of water and drink before eating.
