Pay attention to nutrition

Nutrition is a key determinant of your pregnancy. Doctors recommend the use of all categories of foods balanced and support the consumption of fruit and milk. To make this easier keep a diary in which to note everything you eat. If you want, go to online sites (such as babyfit.com) which enables you to keep an online journal, and will give you advices when will notice that your diet is unbalanced. Remember that fluids play an important role and we need to consume water. Even if you are not a fan, must make an effort for your baby! If you do not like the taste, add a little lemon. To make sure that you drink 2 liters of water daily, would be the best to have a bottle of water near of you! If you want to get rid of it ... you only have to drink it!

Stay active

Of course you must avoid impact sports (kickbox, tae-bo, soccer, volleyball) but there are plenty of other activities you can follow during pregnancy.
Swimming is an ideal sport for future moms, so is yoga and stretching. And if no has sport draw your attention then do long walks. What you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and 20 minutes that you spend them in the park.

Medical Attention

Before making changes in your lifestyle discuss with your doctor. Every woman is different in its way and you can not impose a rate that is not beneficial to you. Following these simple steps you will stay fit during pregnancy! Eat healthy, stay hydrated and do light exercise.

Good luck!
